At Carnegie Hill Test Prep we work with students on essays, we adopt a relationship much like an editor to a writer. We speak with you first, ask lots of questions and getting to know you. We help you identify for yourself what might be the right topic by posing questions and listening. We want you to feel excited about what you are about to write. Then we speak with you about how you might want to tell your story, and how the college essay format the differs from a typical essay. We help you find your voice while sharing with you what we would want to know if we were reviewing your application for admission. We work with you every step sharing what we are learning about you and what could be even stronger.
